I am an outspoken Medical professional and very conscientious patient advocate deeply committed to working as a Medical Volunteer in the developing world while I try to support my "Humanitarian Habit" through creative writing. Wiki is a powerful tool that I am just venturing into using with my input on the Social Text Wiki, my KiM-TEAM Wiki, as well as my Contributions to Q&A WikiAnswers. I was surprised to discover that an idea I had devised while working in the OR at Johns Hopkins Hospital, a collaborative Managerial concept I called the “Kaleidoscope of Innovative Momentum,” bore a strong similarity to the basic premise behind the Wiki.
